Vermed, a Nissha company, is growing and expanding and seeking a Customer Service Representative to add to the team!

Essential Functions

  • Answer inbound telephone calls and inquiries from existing customers and prospects.
  • Up sell and cross sell to our customers offering alternative solutions and providing complete customer satisfaction.
  • Proactively review backorder reports on customer orders.
  • Make outbound calls to existing customers using customer listings.
  • Provide technical support for customer and field sales representatives.
  • Provide post-shipment follow up to ensure personalized customer service.
Desired Skills & Experience
  • 2 years previous customer service experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to function positively/accurately under pressure.
  • Ability to organize and handle multiple assignments simultaneously/High Volume.
  • Ability to objectively evaluate/analyze complex customer-related problems.
  • Ability to work independently/Self-starter.
  • Ability to deal effectively with others.
  • High energy level.
